Service Manager

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with additional hours and occasional weekends as required.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a team of engineers working on agricultural machinery. This role involves managing workshop operations, coordinating parts and schedules, and ensuring customers receive a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of skilled service engineers
Organise workloads, call-outs, and workshop activity
Coordinate with parts and other departments for efficiency
Maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure high levels of service delivery

About You

Experienced in agricultural machinery (management or senior engineer level)
Strong understanding of farming demands and seasonal pressures
Confident communicator with team and customers
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to undertake further training

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up.
