Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Bicester
Hours: 7am-4pm week 1, 8am-5pm week 2, and 9am-6pm week 3
Days: Monday-Friday + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Money: £32,000-£38,000

The client is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor with fantastic customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner to work within their busy and well-established company. Your duties will be supporting the service departments administration/reception and always ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic and confident personality and be able to work well within a team.

Automotive experience is essential for this Service Advisor role.

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.
Jamie sent all the information over and then celi Called me in the morning to catch up and wish me luck for the interview..

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!

Received a call from David Wallace with a job opportunity in my area after previously speaking with the agency about work.
