Job Title: Senior Customer Service Controller
Location: Castle Donington
Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)
Salary: Up to £38,000k
Role Overview:
Lead the day-to-day service office, acting as the main link between customers and engineers. You’ll manage service requests, plan engineer workloads, order parts, and ensure a smooth, efficient operation using SAP.
You will also cover for Service Managers when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be first point of contact for customers and manage service requests end-to-end
- Log jobs, create SAP job cards, and order parts
- Plan and schedule engineers’ workloads
- Manage stock, deliveries, returns, and warranty claims
- Provide service estimates and follow up for conversion
- Monitor WIP, KPIs, contract maintenance, and billing
- Ensure H&S, housekeeping, and compliance standards are met
- Support regional service teams when needed
Performance Measures:
- Customer satisfaction
- Engineer utilisation and efficiency
- Accuracy of reports, WIP, and contracts
- Housekeeping and health & safety standards
