HGV Technician
Depot location: Norwich
Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Money: £65,000 per year

Our client, a large commercial vehicle dealership group is seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join a commercial vehicle support team in Norwich. This role combines roadside assistance with workshop-based servicing and repair.

Your Responsibilities

Perform servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics in the workshop
Follow OEM training and standards (training provided)
Attend roadside breakdowns when on-call
Manage call-outs and escalate as required

What You’ll need

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance
Strong diagnostic and repair capability
Confident working independently and with customers
Full UK driving licence
Roadside IVR and diagnostic software experience beneficial
