HGV Technician – Night Shift (Saturday – Monday) – Preston

Pay: £30.25 per hour (Sat & Sun) / £25.21 per hour (Mon) + Technician Grade Bonus
Hours: Saturday – Monday, 19:00 – 07:00 (34.5 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent

Earning Potential (OTE)

Hourly Rate (Sat & Sun): £30.25 per hour
Hourly Rate (Mon): £25.21 per hour
Bonus: Technician Grade Bonus available
Basic Salary: £55,118 per year (based on 34.5-hour week)
Annual Leave: 207 hours including bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

Undertake maintenance and repair activities on commercial vehicles and trailers of all types
Diagnose faults, carry out tests on vehicles, and effect permanent and complete repairs
Complete paperwork and procedures relating to warranty, contract, and retail work
Carry out preventative maintenance to minimise unnecessary customer costs

What You’ll Need

Proven experience as an HGV Technician
Recognised qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ/City & Guilds)
Full UK driving licence

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up.
