A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established and reputable business within the agricultural and machinery sector.

You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team, playing a key role in ensuring customers receive the right parts, at the right time, with a high level of service throughout.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
• Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Keeping customers updated on order progress and availability
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Supporting stock control, including receiving, unloading, and organising parts
• Ensuring all items are stored correctly and systems are kept up to date
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet business demands

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Ideally experienced in parts, stores, or a similar role within agricultural, automotive, or machinery sectors
• A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
• IT confident and comfortable using internal systems
• Practical, hands-on, and highly organised
• A motivated team player with a proactive attitude
• In possession of a full UK driving licence

What’s on Offer

• Competitive salary: £26,000 – £32,000 OTE (paid hourly, depending on experience)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week
• Saturday mornings on a rota basis
• Additional hours required during peak seasonal periods
