Job Title: Component Manufacturing Production Controller
Location: Dorking
Salary: Up to £38,165k
Hours: Monday to Friday Days – 37.5 hours per week

The Role

We are seeking a proactive Production Controller to support the efficient flow of production within a busy manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for managing production orders, maintaining ERP/MRP data, coordinating subcontract activities, and ensuring materials are available to meet production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Release and manage production orders.
  • Monitor material shortages and resolve production issues.
  • Maintain accurate ERP/MRP system transactions and records.
  • Coordinate subcontract work and schedules.
  • Work closely with Production, Stores, Planning, and Procurement teams.
  • Ensure accurate material movements and inventory control.
  • Support continuous improvement and maintain health & safety standards.

About You

  • Experience in production control, planning, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Good understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Manufacturing or fabrication experience is advantageous.

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. Only took a week to get a new job in a new career.
