Parts Supervisor

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime and occasional Saturdays as required.
Hourly Rate: £14.40 – 15.00

You will support the day-to-day running of the parts department and showroom, helping to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain efficient stock control. You will also support the team and act as a key point of contact in the Manager’s absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in person, by phone, and email
• Support the daily operation of the parts department and showroom
• Process sales, quotations, orders, and customer enquiries
• Assist with stock control, stock checks, and stock transfers
• Maintain high showroom standards and product displays
• Promote products and maximise sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards

About You

• Experience in a retail, showroom, parts, or customer-facing role
• Sales experience with a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of horticultural or agricultural machinery/products
• Experience with stock control and inventory management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using IT systems and handling transactions accurately
• Team player with the ability to work independently
