HGV Technician – Nuneaton

Pay: £18.00 per hour + £15 daily late shift allowance
Hours: Alternating weekly, Monday to Friday – 06:00–14:30 and 13:30–22:00. Saturdays every other week paid at overtime rate.
Contract: Permanent

Earning Potential (OTE)

Basic Salary (40hr week): £37,440 per year
Late shift allowance: £15 per day when on lates
Overtime: Time-and-a-half (1.5x) – £27.00 per hour
Realistic OTE: £42,000 – £45,000+ per year

Overview
We need a Level 3 qualified HGV Technician for an award-winning dealership in Nuneaton. You’ll get Mercedes-Benz training, work in a great team, and join a company that’s been named Employer of the Year. Alternating shifts with a £15 daily late allowance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform major and minor repairs to HGVs and trailers
Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance
Work with repair teams to diagnose faults
Complete paperwork and warranty claims

What You’ll Need

Level 3 qualification in HGV Vehicle Repair (NVQ/C&G/IMI)
Ability to identify worn parts to DVSA standards
Full UK driving licence (Class 1 is advantageous, not essential)
