HGV Technician
Salary: £20.00 per hour
Hours: 50 hours per week
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
Shift Pattern: Flexible – Early, Late or Day Shifts Available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a well-established and growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that values its employees and offers flexibility around shift patterns to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out six-weekly vehicle inspections
Diagnosing and repairing faults on HGV vehicles
Preparing vehicles for MOT and presenting them when required
Attending and resolving technical breakdowns
Completing maintenance and repair work to a high standard
Ensuring the workshop is maintained in a safe and organised condition
Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Previous experience working as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or HGV Fitter
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up.
