Mobile HGV Technician
Location: Slough and surrounding areas
Hours: Monday to Friday Days
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Overtime
Benefits: Van, fuel and paid travel door to door

About your new company

My client is a well-established commercial vehicle maintenance organisation are actively seeking to employ an experienced Mobile HGV Technician to covering Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas

As a Mobile HGV Technician/HGV Mechanic you will be required to:

You will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service and maintenance.
Correction of running defects to full vehicle overhauls
Diagnostics and everything in between
You will also be required to undertake pre-MOT checks and undertake any repairs that are required
You will be working on a modern fleet of commercial vehicles to include tractor units and rigid commercial vehicles

What the successful Mobile HGV Technician/HGV Mechanic will need:

You will have an in-depth knowledge of HGV’s and trailers
Hold an HGV licence Class 1 (desirable but no essential)
The successful HGV Technician must be a fully skilled with industry recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three) in heavy vehicle service, maintenance and repair
Previous experience as an HGV Technician
