Resourcing Co-ordinator
£33,000 – £40,000
Mon – Friday
What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating the recruitment of rail operators and rail staff.
Speaking with candidates daily via phone and email.
Booking workers onto shifts and projects.
Managing compliance, including right-to-work checks and references.
Arranging medicals, drug & alcohol tests, and training.
Keeping recruitment systems and candidate records up to date.
Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For

Previous recruitment or recruitment administration experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Strong attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Rail recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Karla and Scarlett who were both so lovely and accommodating with finding me a job. ANJA WINNER IS....... The best "Kemped" secret in the recruitment world. Amazing experience!!!
