Earning Potential – Salary:
£35,000 – £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Commission structure available – OTE discussed at interview

Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aftersales Business Development Manager to join an award-winning commercial vehicle specialist in Tipton. This is a pivotal role – identifying new business opportunities for Service and Parts operations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth across the West Midlands. Our client is a well-established, multi-accredited employer with high staff retention, manufacturer training, and genuine progression opportunities. If you’ve got commercial vehicle sales experience and you know how to grow accounts, this is the one.
Key Responsibilities
- Business development across the West Midlands for Service and Parts contracts – including new vehicle sales, trailer and truck renewals
- Holding regular development and review meetings with key customer accounts
- Agreeing KPIs and targets with the Regional Parts Manager
- Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing customers
- Managing and improving customer care standards in collaboration with departmental heads
- Identifying and developing new business – both with franchised and all-makes product customers
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the region
What You’ll Need
- Appropriate experience in a commercial vehicle sales environment – including knowledge of the UK Truck market (essential)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and IT savvy – able to pick up in-house systems
- Evidence of sales negotiation skills
- Numerical awareness
- Good communication skills – both written and oral
- Full UK Driving Licence
