Location: DN10
Salary: £20.51 per hour (£48,000+ OTE with overtime)
Hours: Monday to Friday

• Week 1: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Week 2: 11:00am – 7:00pm
  Saturday Overtime: 1 in 4 (minimum) | 7:00am – 11:00am | Paid at 1.5x

Your Role

As an HGV Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
 

• Servicing and maintaining a mixed fleet of HGVs and specialist trailers
• Carrying out inspections and preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
• Preparing vehicles and trailers for MOT inspections
• Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high safety standards
• Ensuring all work is completed to DVSA standards

What We’re Looking For
 

• Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Technician
• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or time-served experience considered
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• A proactive attitude and pride in producing high-quality work
• IRTEC accreditation is advantageous but not essential
• Class 1 or Class 2 licence would be beneficial but not essential
