Are you an experienced Agricultural Engineer ready to step into management, or an established Service Manager looking for your next challenge?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading machinery dealership for a Workshop Service Manager to lead a skilled team near Cirencester.

The Role

• Lead and motivate a team of experienced service engineers.
• Manage the day-to-day running of a busy workshop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Ensure workshop performance, efficiency and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with additional hours during seasonal peaks as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Agricultural engineering experience with leadership potential, or previous Service Manager experience within agriculture, plant, waste management or a main dealership environment.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, seasonal industry.
