Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Earning Potential – Salary:
£28,764 per annum
Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate

Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Driver to join a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Cardiff. You’ll be collecting and delivering vehicles from external suppliers and body shops, ensuring every vehicle is presented to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities

• Collecting and delivering vehicles from external suppliers and body shops
• Efficiently delivering vehicles to customers – including any necessary handover
• Ensuring general cleanliness of vehicles and order of the yard
• Inspecting vehicles upon collection – reporting any mechanical problems or accident damage immediately
• Producing valid receipts for expenses and submitting to accounts
• Planning all deliveries and collections in a timely manner
• Maintaining the company vehicle in line with legal and company requirements
• Taking responsibility for own set of trade plates – to be kept at all times
• Operating the vehicle transporter safely and efficiently – loading and unloading in line with company procedures and road safety regulations
• Ensuring tachograph compliance in line with regulations and company policy
• Handling all internal and external customers with courtesy – delivering a professional experience at all times

What You’ll Need

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience in a similar driving or vehicle movement role (preferred)
• Professional and courteous manner – customer-focused approach
• Organised and able to plan deliveries efficiently
• Good attention to detail – inspecting vehicles and completing paperwork accurately
