HGV Technician (Days) – Trafford Park

Hours: 4 on 4 off – 06:00 – 18:00
Full time, permanent

Earning Potential – Salary:
£18.91 per hour + 1.153 shift premium = £21.80 per hour
Plus Technician Grade Bonus on top
Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate

Overview
HGV Technician needed for a well-established commercial vehicle specialist in Trafford Park. 4 on 4 off day shifts – great work-life balance, strong shift premium, and a Technician Grade Bonus on top. Level 3 qualified required.

Key Responsibilities

Servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehicles
Diagnostics and fault finding
MOT preparation and inspections
Completing job cards and service records accurately

What You’ll Need

Level 3 qualified (NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (essential)
HGV Technician experience
Full UK driving licence
