Construction / Plant Service Engineer

£16–£18 per hour | Full-time

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in construction equipment, plant machinery, agricultural machinery or groundcare equipment who is looking for a long-term position with a company that genuinely invests in its people.

What will you be doing?

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing construction and plant machinery
• Diagnosing and fault-finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Carrying out on-site breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Workshop-based servicing, repairs and maintenance
• Preparing new machinery for customer delivery
• Carrying out inspections and completing service documentation
• Supporting customers and providing professional technical advice

Every day will be different, with a combination of field-based, workshop and customer-facing work.

What experience are we looking for? We’re interested in speaking with engineers who have experience working with:

• Diesel engines
• Hydraulic systems
• Electrical systems
• Transmissions
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Construction, plant, agricultural or groundcare machinery
