Service Supervisor
Location: Newcastle
Salary:£42,000-£46,000
We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to lead our Service Control team and oversee service delivery across the North.

The Service Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and develop the Service Control team.
Coordinate engineers and daily service delivery.
Monitor WIP, KPIs, revenue and customer satisfaction.
Identify and resolve service issues and bottlenecks.
Improve processes, systems and ways of working.
Support training, onboarding and team development.
Work closely with Operations, Technical and Customer Support teams.
Drive consistent, high-quality customer service.

About The Service Supervisor:

5+ years’ experience in a Service Control, Service Delivery or Hire Desk role.
Previous team leadership experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Organised, proactive and results-driven.
Good Microsoft 365 skills.
Full UK driving licence.

Desirable: Experience within the construction equipment/OEM sector.
