Branch Manager
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Contract: 42.5 hours per week
 
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Parts and Service teams and develop the Aftersales operation.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Parts and Service staff.
• Drive growth across Parts, Service Contracts and Extended Warranties.
• Manage workshop WIP, invoicing, recovery and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer queries and complaints.
• Work closely with Sales to support machine demonstrations and customer requirements.
• Oversee Parts operations, including stock, back orders, warranty returns and sales activity.
• Ensure branch Health & Safety, housekeeping and company procedures are maintained.
• Manage staff holidays, attendance, appraisals and recruitment.
• Maintain manufacturer portals and processes.
• Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers and internal management teams.
• Ensure workshop, Parts and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Support the overall development and profitability of the branch.
