Area Sales Manager – Marine

Job Title – Area Sales MaangerSalary: £45,000–£55,000 + 10% bonus
Location: Warwick-based, ideally within easy reach of Warwick, with most customers located along the South Coast.
We are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join a leading marine engineering business, supporting the growth of its marine engine range across the leisure and commercial marine sectors.
The RoleYou will manage key OEM, boat builder and dealer accounts, combining commercial sales responsibilities with technical application support. Working closely with customers, you will advise on engine selection, product integration, installation specifications and new vessel designs, while developing long-term relationships and achieving sales targets.
The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in sales or account management within the marine industry.
• Strong understanding of leisure and commercial marine applications.
• Degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture or Business.
• Knowledge of modern diesel engines and control systems would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.
