Job Role: Fleet Maintenance Admin (Temp)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shifts
Salary: £13ph
My client, hire company operating nationwide, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Admin to join their team on a temp basis.
The Role of Maintenance Admin Includes:

  • Book MOT lane dates, and other scheduled fleet maintenance
  • Liaise with customers for upcoming scheduled fleet maintenance and compliance events
  • Arrange for temporary or permanent replacement vehicles to cover scheduled fleet
  • Liaise with workshops to ensure progression through workshop for planned fleet maintenance and compliance events are on schedule,

Ideal Candidate for Maintenance Controller:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Plant, Powered Access, Tool, or Material Handling industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve service issues efficiently.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
