Description

Identify, source, and supply parts for a wide range of plant machinery, tools, and equipment.
Handle parts enquiries from engineers, customers, and the service department.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain the best prices, availability, and delivery times.
Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory using internal systems.
Process purchase orders, goods-in receipts, and returns efficiently.
Support workshop staff by ensuring parts are ready and available for scheduled jobs.
Keep records updated and assist with stock audits as required.
Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.
