Senior HR Advisor
£35,000
Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality advice and guidance to managers and employees on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, absence, and policy interpretation.
- Lead on complex ER cases such as grievances, disciplinaries, capability, and investigations.
- Partner with managers to coach, upskill, and support them in effective people management.
- Support and contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver training, support change management, and enhance the employee experience.
About You
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Confident managing complex employee relations cases from end to end.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) required; Level 5 is desirable.
