Hire Desk Manager
Monday to Friday | Day Shift
Up to £40,000 per annum

I am currently working with a Powered Access & Plant Hire company based in Oxfordshire that is looking to appoint a Hire Desk Controller to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Hire Desk Controller who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming hire enquiries via telephone, email and online ordering systems
Checking, updating and monitoring equipment availability
Coordinating with engineering and transport teams to ensure equipment is prepared and delivered on schedule
Providing professional and helpful support to customers and colleagues
Maintaining accurate records and system updates

About You

Previous experience within Plant or Powered Access, sector
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks
