Parts Advisor

Parts & Retail Assistant

Reporting directly to the Parts & Retail Manager, this role involves supporting day-to-day customer and technician enquiries relating to machinery parts. 

The Role

• Assist customers and technicians with parts enquiries
• Process and dispatch customer orders efficiently
• Provide product and service information face-to-face and via telephone/email
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
• Support showroom and retail operations where required

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues
• Knowledge of agricultural, construction, horticultural, or motor industry parts (advantageous)
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Basic IT skills including email and internet use
• High attention to detail, especially when handling cash and card payments

Additional Information
Location: Benington, 
Hours: 39 hours per week, Saturdays on a rota

Hourly Rate: £13.50 plus overtime at 1.5
