Sales person- Agriculture Machinery

We are recruiting a Sales Demonstrator & Installer to join a well-established agricultural machinery business based in Luton, supporting regional sales activity.

This is a hands-on role combining machinery demonstrations, installations, and customer support, ideal for someone with practical farming experience and an interest in modern agricultural technology.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain machinery for demonstrations
  • Deliver on-site demos and keep accurate records
  • Support machine handovers, including customer training and aftercare
  • Install and set up GPS and telematics systems
  • Assist with training events, shows, and product presentations

About You

  • Experienced operator of modern farm machinery
  • Good understanding of GPS, precision farming, and telematics
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • IT confident and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Additional certifications (e.g. forklift, telehandler, PA1/PA2) desirable

Package

  • £27,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
  • 24 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension + life assurance
  • Company vehicle, laptop, tablet, and phone
  • Ongoing training
  • Monday–Friday, 42.5 hours (seasonal overtime required)

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.
Jamie sent all the information over and then celi Called me in the morning to catch up and wish me luck for the interview..

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!
