Parts Advisor – Swansea

Salary: £33,575 per year (includes 1 in 3 Saturday mornings – overtime rate embedded into salary)
Hours: 40 hours per week – choose from 7:00–15:30, 8:00–16:30, or 9:00–17:30 (permanent or rotational shifts available)
Contract: Permanent

Earning Potential (OTE)

• Hourly Rate (equivalent): £15.26 per hour

• Total guaranteed package: £33,575 per year
• Additional overtime: Available at 1.5x hourly rate if you want to earn more

Overview
We need a Parts Advisor for a large commercial vehicle dealership in Swansea. You’ll work in the parts department distributing parts to technicians, maintaining stock, and ordering specialist parts. Flexible shift patterns available – permanent early, mid, or late, or rotational. The Saturday overtime is already built into your salary, so you get a higher guaranteed income without the hassle of variable pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute parts to service mechanics and technicians across shifts
• Maintain accurate stock levels in the stores
• Order specialist parts as required
• Undertake inventory checks to confirm all ordered parts are delivered and correct
• Use computer systems to track parts and manage orders
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

What You’ll Need

• Experience working in the vehicle parts field
• Computer literate with good administration skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid UK driving licence
• Availability for 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8am–1pm)
