Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00

Earning Potential – Salary:
£32,000 per annum basic
Up to £35,000 OTE (including performance-related bonus)
Overview
We’re looking for a Plant Service Advisor to join an award-winning team in Gloucester. This is a proper customer-facing role with a commercial edge – you’ll be maximising service bookings, managing workshop capacity, and keeping customers updated every step of the way. Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with customers and ensuring satisfaction from start to finish
- Utilising workshop loading and keeping it up to date
- Regularly and proactively keeping customers updated on vehicle progress
- Booking in vehicles – ensuring appointments suit both the customer and workshop capacity
- Identifying customer requirements and supplying accurate, fully inclusive costing where possible
- Producing accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and related information
- Providing customers with full explanations of work carried out – making the most of additional selling opportunities
- Producing warranty job cards in line with manufacturer policies and procedures
- Accurately recording all work requirements – retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairs
- Liaising with the Parts Department to ensure parts availability

- Process-orientated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Previous administration or office environment experience
- Strong communication skills – you’re the link between customers, technicians, and parts
