Customer Service Agent
£28,000
40hrs – Mon – Friday
8am – 5pm
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Agent to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle telephone and email enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Generate hire and sales quotations.
- Process customer hire and sales orders.
- Liaise with depots and suppliers to check equipment availability.
- Set up new customer and supplier accounts.
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce.
- Provide efficient and professional customer support.
About You
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Previous customer service or sales support experience is preferred.
