Customer Service Agent
£28,000
40hrs – Mon – Friday
8am – 5pm
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Agent to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Handle telephone and email enquiries from new and existing customers.
Generate hire and sales quotations.
Process customer hire and sales orders.
Liaise with depots and suppliers to check equipment availability.
Set up new customer and supplier accounts.
Maintain accurate records using Salesforce.
Provide efficient and professional customer support.

About You

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
Previous customer service or sales support experience is preferred.
