Parts Advisor – Andover
Hours: Rotating shifts (40 hours per week, 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Week 1: 06:00 – 15:30
Week 2: 10:30 – 20:00
- Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00 (1 in 4 – paid as overtime at 1.5x)
Full time, permanent
Earning Potential – Salary:
£32,000 per annum + £10 per day shift allowance
Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Bonus scheme: £250 – £750+ per month (achievable)
Realistic OTE: £40,000 (including shift allowance and bonus)
Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and well-organised Parts Advisor to join an award-winning aftersales team in Andover. This role offers a rotating shift pattern, a competitive salary with shift allowance, and an excellent bonus scheme that can add £250 – £750+ per month to your earnings. Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, unloading, and accurately recording all incoming parts and stock deliveries
- Storing and organising parts – maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records
- Responding to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Picking and distributing parts for technicians
- Working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor – ideally within a franchised dealership (essential)
- Comfortable following established processes and procedures
- Motivated, organised, and prioritises Health & Safety
- Tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management
- Takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague
