The Opportunity
My client is a leading supplier of construction plant and equipment and is looking for an experienced Capital Sales Manager to lead and grow their sales division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader with experience in construction plant, heavy equipment or machinery sales. You’ll lead a successful sales team, develop key customer relationships and drive sales growth across the business.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Capital Sales team.
• Deliver annual sales targets of over £10 million.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key manufacturers.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Manage high-value sales opportunities and negotiate major deals.
• Work closely with finance, operations and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service.
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales management experience within construction plant, machinery or heavy equipment.
• A proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Commercially focused with a passion for building customer relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.
