Parts Advisor / Procurement Coordinator
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Banbury Area
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 12:30pm (rota or as required)

They are a well-established, looking for a motivated and organised Parts Advisor / Procurement Coordinator to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth procurement and supply of parts to support our busy workshop and customers.
The Role
As a Parts Advisor / Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our parts department. You will be responsible for sourcing and ordering parts, managing stock levels, assisting customers, and supporting our service technicians with the parts they need to keep machinery operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and supplying parts for customers and workshop technicians.
- Ordering parts from suppliers and negotiating the best availability and pricing.
- Managing stock levels, carrying out stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Receiving deliveries and checking goods in.
- Ensuring the parts department remains organised and efficient.
- Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.
About You
- Previous experience in a parts, procurement, or stores environment is desirable.
- Experience within agricultural, groundcare, automotive, construction, or plant machinery industries would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team.
