Parts Advisor
£28,000 -£32,000
Monday – Friday

Parts Advisor responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and enquiries
Liaise with engineers and internal teams
Process warranty claims, sales and purchase orders
Manage team inboxes
Support daily team operations and cover where needed
Monitor workload and support KPI performance
Resolve escalated issues
Drive continuous improvement and support new initiatives

What you’ll need as the Parts Advisor:

Experience in construction plant, transport, or similar (parts/service preferred)
Strong communication skills
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
Team player with good organisation skills
