Location: Greenford
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per year
Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Hire Controller to join our busy plant hire team based in Greenford.
This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day on-hire and off-hire of plant machinery and attachments, ensuring equipment is available, allocated and moved efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and able to work at pace, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the on-hire and off-hire of plant machinery and attachments
- Coordinating equipment collections and deliveries
- Liaising with customers, drivers, suppliers and internal teams
- Checking equipment availability and helping allocate machinery
- Maintaining accurate hire records and paperwork
- Responding to customer queries and requests
- Coordinating the movement of plant and attachments
- Ensuring hires are processed accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the wider hire desk and team with day-to-day operations

Previous experience within plant hire, equipment hire, construction, logistics or a similar environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
