Group Parts Manager – Avonmouth (Travel Required)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + Company Car
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (travel to 3 sites required)
Contract: Permanent

Earning Potential (OTE)

• Basic Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year.
• Company Car: Included as part of the package.

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Group Parts Manager to oversee parts operations across three sites, based out of Avonmouth. This is a senior role for a candidate with strong parts management experience, a full driving licence, and the willingness to travel regularly. You’ll be responsible for driving profitability, maintaining standards, and leading parts teams across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage parts operations across all three sites, ensuring consistency and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and develop parts team members at each location.
• Set and monitor parts sales targets, ensuring budgets are achieved.
• Maintain high stock accuracy and control across all sites.
• Implement and monitor parts processes, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with site managers and senior leadership on performance and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards across all parts departments.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager, preferably at group or multi-site level.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to all three sites regularly.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Commercial vehicle parts knowledge is highly advantageous.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to drive performance and profitability.
